The Golden Rule: Never respond to emails requesting for sensitive information.
Valid account administrators will never send request for sensitive information via email.
Always be wary of unsolicited emails, especially those that appear to be from banks and other financial institutions. Do not provide any sensitive information, follow any links, download or execute attachments in unsolicited emails.
If you have replied to an email similar to the one below, notify your IT support staff and have your passwords changed immediately.
