Tour de France 2013 – Stage 11 ITT

STAGE 11 Wednesday, July 10th, Avranches > Mont Saint-Michel (33km ITT)

Sven Tuft (OGE) put in a good time very early in the day setting a bench mark that was to last for a considerable time. Cav was taking the piss, literally!
Ritchie Porte’s time suggests that he has recovered from his slump in the Pyrénées, is it possible he had a fueling issue from not eating well on the first day in the mountains resulting in the dramatic bonk on the second day? Fourth in the ITT shows that he has recovered well.
Andy Schleck clocked in for 134th position at the intermediate check, it was a case of not so much falling back through the field as base-jumping (schleckchute optional).
Cadel and Mick rode solid rides, nothing exciting but not losing time. The showdown was between the Panzerwagon and FroomeDog with the Panzerwagon taking the win by 12 seconds.

Lost in translation? We said to take the piss out of Cav about the crash, not throw the piss (might need to recheck that Google translate message – se moquer de Cav sur le crash?).

The Ad Breaks
Wiggle “Realise your Dreams”. Going out on a limb; I don’t think that this includes what you’re dreaming about if you nod off during the ITT.

WARNING: Don’t wiggle it, just a little bit.
