Domaine Belluard Vin de Savoie Ayse with a nice slice of Beaufort d’Alpage … racy, yet brooding!

Stage 20 - snack

Domaine Belluard Vin de Savoie Ayse
Domaine Belluard is one of the leading biodynamic producers in the Savoie. The vineyards of this region lie high in the mountains of the French Alps. Made from the traditional grape of the region, gringet this sparkling has a driving line of acidity and a streak of minerality that would cut through the richness of a dish of Gratin Savoyard. (a gratin of potato, bacon and onion).
Cheese match: Beaufort d’Alpage ~ hard cooked Alpine cow
