2014 UCI Cyclo-cross World Championships: Hoogerheide

Hoogerheide 2014-Feb-1&2
The UCI Cyclo-cross World Championships get underway this weekend in Hoogerheide, Netherlands.

❝ While everybody is happy the race won’t be in the snow Hoogerheide saw in the 2013 World Cup, the course is still sure to be challenging. A curious mix of extremely soft mud paddock (sure to deteriorate with the forecast rain), sandy sections through the forest, and a run+descend over the Brabant Wall, it’s likely to favour a good mix of outright speed and power. Van der Haar and Compton, you say? ❞

The 2014 World Championships are the first time that we have had an Australian CX World Championship Team. They appear to be having fun;
