Gregory: Well, obviously it’s not meant to be taken literally. It refers to any manufacturer of dairy products.
Cooking with cheese is not new to me, but making cheese, that’s new! On Saturday morning we were to be found making fresh ricotta and mozarella cheese at a Bee Sustainable cheese making workshop. So the new to me food/ingredient? Vegetarian rennet
We picked up a cheese making kit (thanks Katherine) so this will not be the last cheese we make.
